The demands placed on a growing company can be overwhelming. In addition to developing products, marketing services and entering competitive markets, the “back end” of the business creates obligations that range from start-up financing issues and setting up internal controls, to payroll and cash flow management, to financial statements and tax compliance in federal, state and local jurisdictions.
That’s where Kevin Zapolski and the members of our Client Accounting & Advisory Services Group go to work. Kevin goes “beyond the numbers” to bring experience, expertise and proven processes to help clients gain control of the financial side of the business. Kevin’s many years of experience in managing the financial side of business has given him a particular passion for assisting ambitious, growth-oriented companies to succeed.
Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray, Kevin spent 20 years in the private sector, including serving as Director of Finance for Sullivan & Cogliano, and as accounting supervisor for TAD Resources International. He is a graduate of Bentley University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accounting (MSCPA).
