Mike Koppel, CPA, MSA, PFS
One of the finest tax minds in the country, Mike Koppel is a self-described "tax nerd." Mike combines remarkable technical expertise with an extraordinary ability to bring complicated tax issues into practical application. As a tax partner at Gray, Gray & Gray, Mike helps lead a team that is widely recognized as a powerful asset for the firm's clients.
Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA), and is influential in determining the language and application of tax laws and how they are applied through the accounting profession. He also serves on the Tax Committee of the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE), and the Tax Committee of CPAmerica International, the nationwide network of accounting firms, of which Gray, Gray & Gray is a key member.
Mike is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, and received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Boston College and Master of Science from Bentley College. In addition, Mike is also a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). He is a highly regarded speaker on tax topics, and has addressed a wide variety of business and civic organizations nationwide.
