Ryan Doyle

Ryan Doyle Staff Accountant As a staff accountant for our M&A Practice Group, Ryan is focused on providing timely and accurate financial information for his clients, then helping them utilize the data to make more knowledgeable and perceptive business decisions. With each of his clients, Ryan gains in-depth knowledge of the business, operations and marketplace in order to support his effort to provide the most helpful and applicable financial information. Ryan handles all technical GAAP related areas associated with most private equity transactions such as FASB 123® related to stock option compensation, FASB 141® related to accounting for mergers and acquisitions, and various other accounting pronouncements. Ryan joined the Gray, Gray & Gray staff in 2010. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Boston Young Professionals.
