Gray, Gray & Gray partners Jim DeLeo and Mike Koppel were major contributors to the October edition of the ACEC Insights newsletter from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts. The main focus of the newsletter was on mergers & acquisitions among architectural and engineering firms.
Jim wrote an article entitled, "Due Diligence as a Key to Successful M&A." Mike contributed with, "When Buying or Selling an Architectural Firm, the Structure of the Deal Can Make a Big Difference."
